To help children recognize and feel Chinese culture, and strengthen their sense of national identity, our school invites the Hong Kong Jianxin Art Troupe to perform the "Chinese Shadow Charm: Light and Shadow of the Era Emerging from Tradition" shadow puppet touring show.
The activity allows children to appreciate and experience the evolution of Chinese shadow puppetry from traditional to modern performances, recognizing and enjoying the learning fun. Through various forms and special effects, it presents different shadow puppet plays, including traditional and modern stories, enabling children to view and understand Chinese shadow puppetry from multiple angles and forms comprehensively, thereby fostering affection and enthusiasm for the outstanding traditional culture of the Chinese nation.
This year's children's art activity theme is "Shum Pei Children's Art Spreading the Lord's Love, Chinese Heritage Coming Alive." The exhibits are showcased with Chinese cultural colors, featuring interactive segments for Chinese arts.
Thanks to several primary schools in the district for their performances, demonstrating the beauty of Chinese arts, allowing everyone to inherit Chinese cultural droplets together with Shum Pei children.
